A clearer experience for everyone.
Making the site usable across devices, input methods and language directions is an ongoing effort.
Our target
We target the principles of WCAG 2.2 AA in design and development. This is not a claim of full conformance verified by an independent audit.
Implemented features
- Skip-to-content link, semantic page regions and visible keyboard focus
- Keyboard and Escape behaviour for menu, search, language, theme and FAQ controls
- LTR document direction for Turkish, English and Russian; RTL for Arabic
- Readable text and form surfaces in light and dark themes
- Form labels, error regions, descriptive link names and accessibility treatment for decorative visuals
Known limitations
- Accessibility of the Google Maps frame and external services such as WhatsApp depends on their providers.
- An independent conformance audit across all screen-reader, browser and operating-system combinations has not yet been completed.
- New content and any downloadable documents added later must receive a separate accessibility review.
