Contact and career inquiries
The contact form processes your name, email, optional phone and organization, area of interest and message. The career form processes your name, email, phone, short note and optional résumé. Your inquiry, language, submission time and notice acknowledgement are stored in the application database and queued for delivery to the corporate mailbox for review. Please do not submit health information or sensitive details unrelated to your inquiry.
Newsletter preferences
Your email, language, registration time and subscription preference are stored. This website does not run automated campaigns or behavioral profiling. You can use the unsubscribe link in future newsletters or write to info@unien.com.tr.
Security and retention
For security, the application stores a keyed hash of your IP address; form records do not contain your raw IP address or browser user agent. Résumés are stored outside the public directory. Scheduled cleanup deletes application form records and résumés after 180 days, and sent-mail queue records and inactive newsletter subscriptions after 30 days. Active subscription records remain while the subscription is active. Hosting logs, backups and copies in the corporate mailbox are outside this automated cleanup.
Cookies and browser preferences
A necessary session cookie protects forms and displays submission results. The URL identifies the language. Theme, privacy-notice acknowledgement and the mobile phone-button preference are stored in your browser’s localStorage. The website does not load third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
External services
When Google Maps loads on the contact page, Google may receive technical connection data. WhatsApp and specialist-company links are subject to those services’ privacy terms. Hosting, database and mail services participate in the technical processing of your inquiry.

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, or change your subscription preference, write to info@unien.com.tr. We may need to verify your identity depending on the request. This notice describes the website’s current data processing.
